Canada Broker Fee Refund Update

A quick note to our Canadian Backers-- first, thanks to everyone who emailed over the last few weeks with your UPS receipts and screenshots. Today we issued partial refunds via the Kickstarter platform to all of you (the refund will be issued to the credit card on file at Kickstarter).
The refunds were not for the full amount of your bill, but we tried to cover the majority of the broker fees, as that appears to be the big issue with the UPS service used to deliver your books. I'm not sure how many days it will take to show up as a credit on your credit card statement, but if you reached out, you should see an email from [email protected] letting you know that the refund was sent and the amount.
If you have not emailed yet and are interested in the partial credit, please do so ASAP.

Wrapping Up + a Message for Canadian Backers

Hello Body Baggers! After a long journey we are currently winding this Kickstarter down, as we only have a few backers left who have not yet given us their delivery address. If you are one of those backers, you probably aren’t reading this update either (ha!), but if you are, please complete your Backerkit survey ASAP so we can get your book/items out the door and into your hands (survey link below).
For those of you who have received your shipment, I hope you are happy with how the Artist Edition (and other items) turned out. The response to this massive collection of Jason's art has been overwhelmingly positive, so using this campaign to shine the spotlight on his immense talent one more time has turned out better than any of us could have hoped.
We did have an unfortunate hiccup with shipping the books to Canadian backers, as the UPS service tier selected resulted in much higher tariffs and fees being applied than anticipated. With that in mind, Scott and I want to offer you some relief by issuing a partial refund to those of you who got hit with the unexpected broker/tariff bill. What we’ll need from you is an email showing us the breakdown of your charges (it sounds like they vary wildly). Please send that breakdown, preferably by forwarding the email from UPS showing the charges, to [email protected] ASAP so we can get this ball rolling. We won't be able to refund all the broker and tariff fees, but will hopefully make a dent in it for you.
Finally, to all the backers, thank you again for your support and patience, and most of all for helping keep Jason’s legacy alive. This Artist’s Edition has shown the world, once again, that Jason’s prized creations will not be forgotten.

Almost Done

Happy New Year, everyone! As most of you now have your books/rewards, I hope you feel it was worth the wait. For those that have not received your package yet, all orders shipping inside the US will be packaged and ready to be picked up by UPS this week, with Canadian orders following right behind (I think we are down to around 75 orders remaining).
This has been a long process, much longer than we every expected (mostly due to the tariff situation) but we are now close to officially wrapping up the campaign. What a relief!
Due to the holidays, the actual fulfillment has also taken longer than initially expected, but I can't praise Stuart Ng Books enough (both Stuart and his amazing staff) for getting all of you orders packed and shipped with the care you all deserve. I'm so happy to say that we've only received 1 report of a damaged book, which is practically unheard of with a campaign this size.
Thanks again for your patience and I'll be back with another update in a few days.
Do you need your books held until January?

I just heard from Stuart and he said a few backers reached out to him directly upon getting their shipping notification, asking for their shipment to be held until January, as they are traveling for the Holidays. He's happy to do it, but we need to know ASAP if you want yours held.
*** If you want your shipment held until the first week of January, send me a message on this platform or email me at [email protected] by midnight Eastern Time/9:00 PM Pacific Monday evening (December 22nd). This gives everyone over 24 hours from the posting of this update to let us know. Otherwise, your shipment will go out as soon as it's ready.
The next batch is going out Tuesday, December 23rd. I believe we have under 300 orders left to fill, so things are continuing to move along at a nice pace.
